I put an emphasis on not only helping students understand the relevant course content, but also teaching students how to study and learn more effectively and become better test-takers themself.
I am happy to work with students on both their specific schoolwork they need to get done, while additionally generating original practice material based on their curriculum at hand and past course material. This ensures my students not only develop a more thorough understanding of the subject, but promises ample preparedness and confidence on taking important tests in school.
These focuses transfer very well to student success in their classes and in preparation of taking standardized tests as well. Have helped students exceed on the SAT and get in to prestigious American universities.

I am a tutor who can teach most courses a student might take between grades 6-12 and have a decade of experience teaching a wide variety of math and science courses, specializing in chemistry and biology, as I graduated with a B.Sc. in biochemistry from the UW in 2020.
Additionally, I can help with SAT / ACT prep, writing / English, and even French.
Generally I teach one student at a time at their home or over Zoom in sessions between 1 and 3 hours long.
