i was blessed with the ability to have a myriad of experiences that not only learned from, but can teach others how to navigate
in the 10+ years of being a plant-based vegetarian, i’ve learned the value of leaning on plants for ones nutrients instead of animals. i’ve found peace in meditations of all forms, including visual art, hiking, metalwork, food preparation, countless others.
as stated in the title, the lesson plan will be entirely tailored to your needs. the first lesson will consist of me taking notes on the student’s needs so that i know how to go forward for the next lessons.
we will toucqh on art therapy, meditation, relaxation techniques and eating well because all of these things are key factors that create the dynamic that is wellness. how do you express yourself? how often do you fid yourself on autopilot? do you find that you always have to be busy? what’s your diet like? we will break the ice with these questions and more to get to know how we can help you achieve your goals!
