• Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

  As a teacher in Finance, Accounting, and Taxation, I find this field incredibly engaging and important because in this world everything is related to finance anything we are doing is somewhere linked with finance. In finance and accounting and taxation we study about the money the flow and recording of money, the taxation of income and other indirect taxation which are levied on us by the government.
  My interest in this subject developed through a combination of personal experiences and professional growth. From an early age, I was always curious about the calculations of the values of tax, calculating the returns on investment, etc. This early exposure made me appreciate the subject's significance and its applications in real life. During my academic journey, I deepened my understanding by enrolling myself in Bachelor's of commerce Hons course and many certifications from NISM and NCFM. I found particular enjoyment in Taxation and Financial management, which led me to pursue further studies and eventually, a career in teaching. In my teaching career, I've had the opportunity to see firsthand how the topic can impact students' lives. Witnessing their growth and understanding as they engage with the material is incredibly fulfilling. The dynamic nature of the subject keeps me engaged and continuously learning, which I believe enhances my effectiveness as an educator. Overall, my passion for Finance, Accounting and Taxation is driven by both my personal curiosity and my commitment to helping students appreciate and excel in the field. It's a privilege to share my enthusiasm and knowledge with others and to contribute to their learning journey.

• What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

  My motivation for choosing to teach stems from a combination of personal experiences and a deep-seated passion for education. Firstly, my own educational journey had a significant impact on me. I was fortunate to have teachers who were not only knowledgeable but also genuinely passionate about their subjects. Their enthusiasm and dedication inspired me and made a lasting impression. They showed me the profound impact a teacher can have on students, both academically and personally. This experience motivated me to pursue a career where I could make a similar difference. In addition, I have always found great joy in helping others understand complex concepts and achieve their potential. Seeing students' moments of clarity and growth is incredibly rewarding and reinforces my commitment to the profession. The opportunity to continuously learn and adapt my methods to better engage and support my students is something I find deeply fulfilling. It keeps me motivated and excited about my work. Overall, my choice to teach is driven by a desire to inspire and educate, much like the teachers who influenced me, and by a passion for supporting students as they navigate their educational journeys.

• How does your work help society?

  My work as a teacher significantly contributes to society in several meaningful ways:

• If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

  One role model that comes to mind is Mr. Shyam Sunder my Taxation teacher, who is renowned for his polite behaviour and real-life example-based teaching methods, He always understand the queries of the students and try to resolve them with a perfect example so that student will remember the same forever. I admire Mr. Shyam Sunder for several reasons that align closely with my own teaching philosophy:
  - Commitment to Student Success: He is known for their unwavering dedication to the success and well-being of their students. This mirrors my own commitment to supporting each student's individual needs and helping them reach their full potential.

  Outside of teaching, I have several hobbies that I'm passionate about, and they all contribute to my personal growth and balance.
  - Reading:- I enjoy reading a wide range of genres, from fiction to non-fiction. It's a great way to relax and escape into different worlds while also broadening my perspective and knowledge. I often find that the insights and stories I come across in my reading can inspire new ideas and approaches in my teaching.
  - Hiking:- I love spending time outdoors, particularly hiking. It helps me stay active and connected with nature, which is both refreshing and grounding. It's a great way to clear my mind and come back to my work with renewed energy and focus.
  - Cooking:- is another hobby I'm passionate about. I enjoy experimenting with new recipes and exploring different cuisines. It's a creative outlet that allows me to unwind and also share delicious meals with family and friends.
  
  These hobbies not only provide me with a sense of fulfillment and relaxation but also enrich my life in ways that positively impact my teaching. They help me maintain a balanced and well-rounded perspective, which I believe benefits my interactions with students and my approach to teaching.
