My name is Otto, I am simply a man who wishes I had someone to talk about direction, lifestyles, love and self-acceptance with when I was younger. My aim for these lessons is to take difficult topics at an easy pace. Mental health in young men is usually part of an overlooked conversation and not everyone has access to therapy or a good friend. I’m Otto, I’m someone passionate on this subject, I’ve read extensively about self-improvement topics, such as Mindfulness, Psychology, Buddhism, Taoism and Stoicism; in my effort to find the answers for What It Is to Be a Man. I know, first hand, the struggle against the self, all whilst dealing with Relationships, Social Pressures, Anger and Ego, Desires and Addictions and Parental or Situational Issues. All of that left me feeling one thing: lost. These lessons are for that someone, who might still be in that place. This is neither advice, nor therapy. It’s just a chat. I will set the lessons as cheap as I can, typically an hour long. I recommend ages 14-21, however that is not strict. First session is free! So why not give it a go? If you’re a young male with problems to solve, I’m all ears.
