About Julia
I am a certified yoga teacher in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Yoga always brings me back to my center and gives me strength. This moment after a yoga session, in which you are full of energy and relaxation at the same time, always puts me on the mat. My yoga trip started about 8 years ago, I practiced different styles and found myself mainly in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga. In 2018 I completed a 200h training in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and since then several further training courses.

For me, yoga is getting new energy, relaxing and strengthening body and mind. My classes can be demanding, but also calm and grounding. What is important is the constant connection of movement and breath. All hours consist of sun salutations, asana and final relaxation and are supplemented with a short meditation or breathing exercise. In the online hours I can respond individually to your needs and include your special wishes and topics.

Julia ist eine super Yoga Lehrerin. Der Unterricht mit ihr macht immer Spaß, sie passt die Yoga-Stunden dem Teilnehmerniveau genau richtig an, erklärt alles zugänglich für alle, korrigiert die Asanas sanft. Außerdem ist sie eine sehr freundliche und angenehme Person. Nach ihrem Yoga Unterricht fühlt man sich voll Energie und innen ausgeglichen. Sie ist sehr zu empfehlen))
Ich kenne Julia aus privaten Yogakursen, die ich in Dresden besucht habe. Julia kümmert sich um Details, hat eine schöne Stimme und ist eine sehr erfahrene Yogalehrerin. Ihr Training ist wirklich perfekt, wenn du deinen Körper kennenlernen und pflegen möchtest. Nachdem ich mit ihr Yoga gemacht hatte, fühlte ich mich immer sehr entspannt und wach in meinem Geist. Ich empfehle ihren Unterricht sehr!
