Sharon Joseph from Kottayam, Kerala currently pursuing Master's degree in Yoga therapy from Central University of Kerala. Mainly Teaches ASANANAS, PRANAYAMAS, MUDRAS, MEDITATION AND PHILOSOPHY BASED ON SACRED CLASSICAL TEXTS - HATHAYOGA PRADIPIKA AND GHERANDA SAMHITHA.
Iam Practicing and teaching yoga part time for 6 years. Had so many yogic experiences since my yoga journey started through my travel to Goa and North India. Attended two kumbh melas in Allahabad in 2019 and 2025. Attended lots of classes from sadhus and yogis from all over the world. I believe my knowledge on Yoga can help you so much .....Thank you

Attended 2019 and 2025 Maha kumbh mela and got in touch with so many beautiful souls from the journey to Rishikesh, Varanasi, Haridwar and several other places. I believe my understandings of Yoga can help you so much.. Currently I am pursuing Master of Science in Yoga Therapy from Central University of Kerala.
