About Iris
I am a RYT300 yoga teacher trained in Vinyasa, Rocket and Yin yoga. I am also a certified transpersonal coach. I like to encourage my students to explore their movement, connect with the body and mind during our classes. The session will be designed based on your experiences. I'd also like to understand where you are in terms of your physical and mental states, and design sessions to help you feel better.
