About Rachel
I first discovered yoga in 2014 whilst studying psychology as an undergraduate student and soon discovered the many benefits it had for me, both mentally and physically. I went on to develop a strong practice both in yoga and mindfulness, which led me into a career within the wellness world.
I decided to take a 200hr yoga teacher training course with Nourish Teacher Training during lockdown. They have a big focus on making yoga person-centered, inclusive and accessible to all which is something I have taken into the way I want to teach.
I have taught yoga in workplaces, including for the British Army, adapting my style of teaching to suit those in the room. I have also taught individuals of many abilities and ages.
As a yoga teacher, my mission is to create a welcoming, supportive and accessible space to people from all walks of life and all types of bodies. There is so much more to yoga than being able to touch your toes, and I want to support you to find what works for you and learn to move intuitively, showing compassion for your bod.

If you are looking for a flexible, supportive and accessible yoga session for all levels, beginner or otherwise, you've come to the right place.
My mission as a yoga teacher is to tailor my sessions to the individual and find what works for you. Whether you've practiced for years, or never stepped on a yoga mat before, we will work together to co-create a practice that feels good for you and allow you to find some space in your mind and body.
I'm very passionate about sharing the many benefits of yoga, and there are a million beyond being 'bendy' and being able to touching your toes - so do not fret if you aren't flexible.
The sessions are 45 minutes and online (please let me know if you would like to have a longer session and/or have it in-person and I will do my best to accommodate)
About me: I have been practicing yoga for close to 10 years and am qualified as a 200hr yoga teacher, with a focus on vinyasa and accessible yoga. I have taught classes for workplaces and individuals of all abilities, both online and in-person.
