About Kathryn
Welcome,
As someone who experienced chronic anxiety and trauma, I was seeking a holistic way of living to support my mental, physical and social health. That's when yoga found me.
This practice has supported me in cultivating resilience, inner peace, and the courage to take radical responsibility. A growing curiosity lead me to study with an international yoga school in 2020. Later on, I took additional trainings in Hatha and Vinyasa Flow in Indonesia, and studied the non-physical aspects of yoga in South India. First and foremost, I will always be a student. Continuously returning to my mat for self-study, connecting with mentors, and exploring body, mind, and spirit, through the practice of yoga.
I live in Ottawa, ON., and love to spend my time in nature, exploring, and connecting with my community. My passion is sharing tools and creating experiences that inspire, nourish, and empower people to engage with a full life for sustained health and greater wellbeing.
