About Breakthrough Careers
My approach to yoga is practical and non-intimidating. I believe you don't need to be extremely flexible, young or experienced to benefit from yoga. The practice should meet you where you are and help you gradually become stronger, more mobile and more aware of your body.
Alongside yoga, I have spent more than 15 years working as an executive search and career professional, working with people from different countries and cultures. This has made me comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and has also taught me the importance of listening carefully and understanding an individual's needs.
I enjoy teaching in a warm, personal environment rather than making the class feel like a performance. I particularly like working with beginners and people returning to yoga after a long break.
My online classes are kept small and interactive, allowing me to demonstrate, observe and adapt the practice to the student as much as possible.

My approach to yoga is gentle, mindful and accessible. I believe yoga does not have to be intimidating or physically demanding to be effective. My classes are designed to help students understand their bodies, work with their current level of flexibility and gradually build strength, stability and confidence.
I particularly enjoy working with beginners and people who may feel that they are “not flexible enough” for yoga. Through simple, carefully guided movements, standing poses, balance work, mobility exercises, breathing and relaxation, I encourage students to develop a practice that feels sustainable rather than overwhelming.
My sessions can be adapted according to the student's age, experience, energy level and individual needs. I pay attention to alignment and encourage students to listen to their bodies rather than forcing themselves into a particular posture.
For online classes, I keep the environment personal and interactive. I demonstrate the movements clearly, observe students as much as possible through the screen and offer simple modifications whenever needed.
I am happy to work with students from different countries and backgrounds, and I especially enjoy the cultural exchange that comes with teaching internationally.
Whether you are completely new to yoga, returning to practice after a break, or simply looking for a calmer way to move and reconnect with your body, my aim is to make each session comfortable, encouraging and useful.
