About Payal
I’m a yoga and meditation teacher with training from Yogalife and Prana Flow across India and Europe and certified health & wellness coach from the Human Potential Institute,USA . I’ve had the opportunity to study with inspiring teachers. For over 14 years, I’ve been helping people connect more deeply with themselves through Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, Mindfulness, Yoga Nidra, and other mind body practices. I believe we build resilience through regular wellness practices, creating inner resources we can tap into when life gets challenging.
My work helps people bring together mental clarity, emotional balance, and physical health - because true wellbeing happens when all these elements work in harmony.
I've taught internationally across Germany, Switzerland, Dubai, India, and Canada, where I’ve also led corporate wellness programs for organizations like the Prime Minister’s Office, Reebok, Novartis, Marriot, Hilton, and Daimler.
As a co-founder of WellxCommunity, I’ve built a community where ambitious professionals can prioritize wellness alongside success. We host events that foster meaningful connections and develop corporate programs that help organizations create cultures where health, balance, and self-care matter.
For me, wellness isn’t just about physical health - it’s about emotional balance, mental clarity, and meaningful connection. I see wellbeing not just as living longer but living better—feeling aligned, energized, and present while experiencing contentment, peace, and joy. Through everything I do, I’m passionate about helping others discover how caring for our complete wellbeing creates the foundation for both professional success and personal fulfillment.
