I am Yoga instructor and wellness coach. I focus on the importance of relaxation, mobility and strength training to support my clients in this ever-changing world. My teaching method is holistic as I believe that everybody is different. I focus my classes on gentle movement, self-awareness and meditation. I design my classes especially for my students after I have had an opportunity to understand who they are and what they want from the class. I believe that Yoga should be accessible to everybody no matter what race, religion, size or shape and that people should have a personalised and compassionate experience whilst learning and moving through the practise.
