I have been practicing yoga for over a decade, and I understand how difficult it can be to find the right guidance and time to learn outside the home. As someone who has put in so much practice into yoga, I want to make yoga accessible to those who prefer practicing at home or have busy schedules. My aim is to help you build a regular yoga practice, improve your body awareness, and take some time out of your day for yourself. You don't need to step outside to begin your yoga journey. All you need is a little space, some time, and the willingness to start.

Class content
A. Set up round: correct body positioning and alignment. Learning correct yoga postures with proper technique.
B. Yoga flow: repetitive sequence of poses to build strength flexibility and burn calories.
C. Rest and relaxation: relaxing yoga poses and stretches for muscle recovery followed by yoga nidra.

This sequence will leave you feeling refreshed, mentally lighter, and physically relaxed.
