About Stella
I have a PhD in neuroscience and a MS in medical neuroscience, allowing me to understand the pathophysiology associated with psycho-emotional trauma and stress. And I have many years of experience with meditative movement-based practices that have empowered me in my own journey to cope with everyday stress and traumatic stress. It is my passion to empower you to cope with the stress in your life that is causing psycho-emotional imbalances that may manifest in symptoms of anxiety and depression. My movement based mediative practice is designed to reconnect you to your physical body and raise awareness where tension is held so that it can be released.
