About Mansour

Hello ! I hope you have a nice day ! I'm Raphael ! I am a yoga teacher and lifecoach. Yoga has never aroused the slightest interest in me. Life however always surprises. During an introspective retreat of several months in India I foundd myself practicing it 6 hours a day. The click happens: Yoga is simply the manual of use of the body and the human spirit. A set of techniques, which, if mastered, can take anyone to a level of well-being and unsuspected energy. Since, not a day without yoga! But when I say yoga, I do not just talk about positions ... Very quickly, your perceptions change, your energy increases, your reflexes improve, the body is more fresh and responsive, we laugh more, and work more seriously finally, the stress disappears. Now the place for me is sharing! Of course, I continue to evolve in my practice, but I have the skills and knowledge to allow anyone to learn, understand (it's important) but especially to improve.

About the class

The courses are for everyone, regardless of the level of flexibility. Yoga covers several aspects: Postures, breathing, meditation, relaxation and finally the philosophy of life. Each of my courses is adapted to the level and need of student (s) who can address their particular requests of course. The structure of a course therefore varies from student to student. However, I give you freedom so that you develop autonomy in your practice. What ma. This course will bring you well-being and make you more free in your life out of the class. You are in the center.

Yoga for you! Open your breath, your body and your mind. Be Happy
