About Sunny
I am a certified yoga instructor from Sivananda Yoga Institute, Kerala. I have been actively practicing yoga since 2016 and teaching since 2019. Born and brought up in New Delhi, I always had an environment of spirituality while growing up. I have also been good in academics, securing 100% marks in Mathematics in class X. Clearing the CAT (MBA entrance exam) with 98.37%ile, getting admission in one of the top 10 business schools of India and becoming an Investment Banker at Bank of America. Currently, I run my own practice of Investment Consulting alongside Yoga. I like traveling to the Himalayas, playing Tennis and watching sports, movies, stand-up comedy and TV shows.

Yoga classes are based on Ashtanga yoga philosophy.
Starting with warm-up and invocation, the class includes a set of physical movements and posture retention exercises involving various body parts (legs, stomach, hands, etc). Certain special postures involve spinal cord exercises for a better nervous system. The classes usually conclude with breathing exercises (and meditation if time permits). The class ends with final relaxation (technique of removing tension from all body parts) and a closing prayer.
