About Michele
I’m a Certified Yoga Teacher living in Chelsea, London.
I’ve been practising daily for more than ten years.
Yoga has been crucial for my recovery, mental and physical.
It helps me think clearly, avoid injuries, and enhance my performance.
I’ve completed over 500 hours of yoga training and helped more than 100 clients of all skill levels.
I love to design yoga sessions tailored to each client's needs and goals, though a mix of energetic Vinyasa and calm Yin Yoga.
Knee pain, lower back pain, tight hamstrings, and calves are some of the areas I focus on.

Hello, I am an architect and I recommend Michele because he is professional, punctual and friendly.
