In my yoga teaching, I blend Hatha and restorative Vinyasa flow, incorporating breathwork practices, meditation, and relaxation. My classes cater to practitioners of all levels, ensuring inclusivity and adaptability to individual needs. These sessions focus on creating a nurturing space for students to thrive, rooted in deep healing. The typical length of my lessons varies based on your preferences. Yoga sessions usually run for 60-90 minutes, allowing for a thorough exploration of postures, breathwork, and meditation. My qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, a Diploma in Yoga Teaching (1200hrs), and certifications in Therapeutic hypnosis, Emotional Change Technique, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. My lessons are tailored for a broad audience, encompassing various age groups and levels. I adapt sessions to meet the needs of beginners and experienced practitioners alike. It feels nourishing and supportive, and you will definitely relax and connect to the present moment.
