I currently teach Hot Power Yoga at a local studio in Marietta Ga, and a gentle yoga stretching class a Community Center in Marietta, GA. I teach yoga from a subtle body experience. I believe you can tap into the energetic body under physical stress (exercise) and learn about your default emotional responses to stress. I focus on recognizing the default thoughts that occur when in hard poses and tapping into the mind to change the thoughts. I also teach true north alignment cues. How to tap into your true north to express out from the centerline.
