Namaste and welcome to my world of yoga and well-being! I'm Federica a dedicated yoga instructor, and I'm thrilled to share my journey with you. Yoga is not just a practice for me; it's a way of life, a path to inner peace, and a means to attain physical and mental harmony. I embarked on my yoga journey over 5 years ago with Hot Yoga in Australia, seeking solace and balance in a chaotic world. What I discovered was a profound transformation in my body, mind, and spirit. I've trained under some of the most respected yogis and gurus in Rishikesh, India, and I continue to deepen my practice, exploring different yoga styles, meditation techniques, and holistic wellness approaches. My teaching style is rooted in the belief that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, experience, or physical abilities. I strive to create a welcoming and non-judgemental space for my students, where they can explore their practice at their own pace.
