First profession Systems Engineer of the UIS (Universidad Industrial de Santander). Then travel and studies in India. Vedic astrology, ayurveda, meditation, yoga, vastu vidya. Then studies in Chinese medicine and acupuncture. Study and practice of yoga since 1985. Conferences and yoga classes to groups since 1987. Astrological consultant since 1997. Ayurveda and vastu vidya consultant since 2000. I am very happy to know that many people take the practice of yoga and the like seriously to the benefit of their own lives and to be happy.

Yoga (which comes from the Sanskrit root Yug) means union, conjunction or integration. So with this discipline through the practice of asanas or posture and the study tries to unite the three planes body, mind and spirit takes us to a state of inner well-being, self-control and balance. The goal of the realization considers different ways to reach this state depending on the character or the focus of each one. Thus, the ways are: KARMA YOGA: Seeks integration through selfless action. BHAKTI YOGA: It is a form of yoga in devotion. Through faith, the practitioner discovers the purpose of his life. GNANI YOGA: Through knowledge, intellectual discrimination, try to discover the truth of existence. RAJA YOGA: Patanjali bases his practice on self-analysis, discrimination, the study of the ego and mechanisms of the mind to get rid of temporary misconceptions. HATHA YOGA: It tries to unite the body, the mind and the soul. That is to say, it searches through physical practice and breathing and purification exercises the firmness in the body and in the breathing. A little theory is explained and most of it is practical.

Details
I prefer to give classes to groups of 2 to 5 people, although also individually and this allows more concentration on the different aspects of the person's life, however, in a group because there is an individual teaching, because each one has a body, functioning, different metabolism you have to consider that time that will be distributed in class. For example, if someone has a non-chronic or serious health problem, they will proceed with therapy for that person while the other members follow the normal course of theory and practice of hatha yoga, meditation and other subjects.
