About Luz
Passionate about holistic well-being and the harmony between body, mind, and spirit. These ancient disciplines of Yoga and meditation have greatly improved my quality of life, and it's a pleasure to share them with you and accompany you on this journey. Together, we will create spaces of connection, stillness, harmony and well-being where you feel completely safe and confident. To offer the best service, I hold a Yoga Alliance-certified yoga teacher training (200 hours in Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga from the Gayatri Yoga school), in addition to several courses from the Hridaya Yoga school, where I completed two modules and practiced Karma and Bhakti Yoga. My intention is to offer this tool to everyone, making it accessible to all levels and ages. Everyone can practice Yoga with the right guidance, and this has numerous benefits for our physical and mental health, allowing us to maximize our well-being.

I teach Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga to people of all ages. A class will include physical practice of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation. These classes are suitable for all levels, whether you are a beginner or have been practicing yoga and meditation for many years. I will guide you every step of the way to ensure a beautiful experience of connecting with your body and mind.
