About Chelsie
After putting it off for many years because “I couldn’t possibly do that, what will people think?” I enrolled and completed my 200HR Yoga Teacher Training.
I entered into it closed off due to fear of being vulnerable, and skeptical of meditation because previously it hadn’t helped my anxious mind.. and came out of it with a renewed sense of self and purpose once I opened my mind.
This experience really highlighted how beneficial yoga and meditation is to our physical, mental, spiritual space and often social as well when you connect and share your vulnerabilities with others in that sacred space.
My goal is to share this with other women and to empower them with it.
Those thoughts of “I can’t” turn into self assurance.
Feeling alone on your journey in life turns into building a community of like minded women.
We don’t hold guilt, judgement or expectation here. Instead we fearlessly face our inner world with love and reconnect with ourselves.
