About Ritu
I love to teach. It gives me a sense of bliss when I practice Yoga and I want to share the same joy and bliss of Yoga with you.As an Indian, Yoga and holistic health has always been part of my grwowing up which somehowgot lost in the hustle bustle of life and making a career. My love for yoga was rekindled after the birth of my children. Yoga not only helped me get back in shape but also helped in maintaining my sanity (which is very easy to lose as a busy mum :)
I decided to pursue my love for yoga professionally so that I can shre it with others. I completed my teaching certification from The Yoga Insititute, India and now registered with Yoga Alliance.
I am Health Coach registered with the UK and International Health Coaches Association and use my coaching skills to help busy people in maintaining their mind-body balance.

I encorporate the philosophy and spirituality of yoga with my understanding of anatomy and physiology to give you an experience which has a holistic effect on your body and mind.
Yoga is an experiential science and every person approaches it in a different way. I cater my classes according to individual needs and requirements. As a Health Coach, I bring in the elements of coaching to build better health habits and to make you realise your health goals with the help of yoga.
My classes are a mix of gentle postures, breathwork and meditation tailored according to individual needs.
A typical 60-minute class may include-
Grounding
Warm ups
Asanas (postures)
Pranayam
Followed by short meditation
*All of the above depending on the individual pace and comfort.
I offer 1-1 Yoga and health coaching session where we delve deeper into your lifestyle and look at the sleep, nutrition, movement and stress patterns to bring positive and sustainable changes.
