About Mila
Hi, I’m Mila! I have 5 years of experience coaching swimming both in New Zealand and internationally. I’ve worked with swimmers of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to competitive athletes, helping them build confidence and improve their technique. In New Zealand, I coached at Hilton Brown, one of the country’s leading swim schools, where I developed a strong foundation in teaching water safety, stroke refinement, and endurance training. Internationally, I expanded my coaching experience through Camp America, where I worked with diverse groups of swimmers, adapting lessons to suit different learning styles and cultural backgrounds. I offer flexible lesson options to fit your needs—whether it’s in your home pool (provided you have the necessary equipment), at WestWave, or even online via Zoom for technique and dryland training. My goal is to make swimming enjoyable and accessible, helping you feel confident and capable in the water. Let’s work together to achieve your swimming goals, no matter your starting point!

At WestWave – If you prefer a structured pool environment. (basic equipment also needed)
Online via Zoom – Perfect for technique tips, dryland exercises, and swim theory or for watching and improving in water.
