I can teach the basics of home kitchen management, cooking basics, the essential things to have on hand, how to read a recipe correctly, multi course meal planning and prep, party menu planning, picnic essentials, charcuterie construction, individual recipes, canning/preserving, fun/healthy kids lunch recipes , the science behind cooking and how to properly “tweek” recipes or to have the skill set to have the confidence to get creative to design your own recipes and so much more.
