Abrianna is the founder of Living Barre And Yoga studio in South Brisbane. She is a dedicated yogini who embarked on her journey in 2015, drawn by a whisper in her soul that echoed a yearning for deeper meaning beyond the confines of the corporate world. She discovered her true calling in the transformative power of movement, recognizing its ability to weave together the threads of mind, body, and spirit, awakening a profound connection within herself and others. Driven by a deep desire to share this transformative power, Abrianna immersed herself in the study of Yoga, achieving RYT 200 Multi-Style Yoga (Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin) and RYT 300 specializing in Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine. She sought out wisdom from renowned teachers like David Swenson and Bryan Kest, deepening her understanding of Ashtanga Yoga. Her transformative journey ignited a spark, leading her to establish a thriving Yoga studio in Brunei, where she nurtured a vibrant community and witnessed firsthand how the collective energy and shared cadence of breath of a group could empower individuals to embrace their authentic selves and embark on their own transformative journeys. Ultimately it led her to the dynamic world of Barre, where she became a certified Barre Eclipse instructor. Abrianna believes that each of these modalities offers unique benefits, and she masterfully integrates them to create a holistic and empowering experience for her students.
