I have known Ishwari for the past 4 years, and throughout that time she has consistently shown herself to be dependable, patient, and approachable. She explains things clearly and takes the time to ensure others understand, which makes her especially helpful when it comes to learning. She is hardworking and takes her responsibilities seriously, while also being supportive and encouraging.
