I took session with Nishi for improving my sleep cycle. It was a 2-Week program I enrolled in and with every session, the quality of sleep improved for me. I woke up much relaxed and could also sleep quickly after the sessions. My body and mind thanked me for doing this. One important thing that helped me the most is the push by Nishi for writing 10 gratitudes every night and thanking the Universe for it.
