About Lisl
After graduating as valedictorian of her high school, Lisl went on to study at Yale University. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa, Magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music. She currently studies Vocal Performance at the Cleveland Institute of Music.
Lisl loves working with high school students, and her previous students have gone on to attend schools like Syracuse and Colgate. She is comfortable supporting student learning in english, math, history, and science classes, in addition to helping them prepare college applications.

A typical session on homework help will begin with a check-in (how is the student doing outside the lesson) and an evaluation of what needs to be accomplished. Then we make a game plan, and work through the necessary assignments accordingly.
A typical SAT/ACT prep session will start with a check-in. Then we will select a section to focus on. After going through some sample problems, the student will complete a timed set of questions. We will then score and speak through the questions the student struggled with.
