About Kevin
I am a musicologist (music historian and critic) who teaches first-year writing classes and classes in art criticism music in a private liberal arts college setting. I also work as a writing consultant and editor for doctoral candidates and professors looking to publish their research. I am a composer, pianist, and creative writer. My research interests involve how music helps communities cohere and contributes to identity formation, particularly among marginalized people.
