About Melissa

I teach students how to ask for clarification confidently without seeming incompetent, a skill I watched save colleagues from serious misunderstandings more than once myself. Written communication receives real attention too, since accurate documentation matters enormously and carries genuine professional and legal weight in healthcare settings. Cultural context around bedside manner and appropriate tone gets real attention, since communication style varies significantly across French-speaking patient populations.
