About Alec
With 4 years of jazz piano teaching experience and a DMA in Piano Performance, I’ve developed a teaching approach that supports both technical mastery and creative exploration. My work often involves preparing students for competitive music programs such as Berklee and Juilliard. I believe that jazz musicians must be fluent in harmony, rhythm, and expressive technique, so my lessons focus on strengthening these core areas.
