About Vivek
For me, yoga is much more than a series of physical postures—it is a spiritual discipline and a way of life. My teaching is based on the understanding that true well-being comes from creating harmony between the mind, body, and inner self.
Drawing inspiration from the ancient wisdom of yoga and my study of the Vigyan Bhairava Tantra, I guide students beyond physical practice into deeper self-awareness and meditation.
I believe yoga is both an art and a science of healthy living, helping individuals cultivate balance, clarity, and inner peace. In my classes, I aim to help students experience the true essence of yoga—the union of body, mind, and consciousness—while developing a deeper connection with themselves through mindful movement, breath, and meditation.

Having studied its teachings, I guide students not only through yoga practices but also through techniques that help them turn their attention inward, deepen their meditation, and develop a stronger connection with themselves.
My goal is to help you experience yoga beyond the mat—using it as a tool for self-awareness, inner peace, and personal transformation.
