I am an experienced singing tutor with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Music, committed to helping every student find and refine their unique voice. With 10 years of teaching experience, I work with learners of all ages and levels. My teaching combines traditional classical methods with contemporary approaches for a well-rounded vocal education. I emphasise posture, breathing, tone, resonance, and vocal agility. Lessons include phrasing, dynamics, lyrical interpretation, and expressive delivery. My singing lessons aim to build confident, well-trained vocalists with strong technical grounding. Every class begins with warm-ups and breathing control exercises. I emphasise the importance of vocal health, teaching safe and sustainable techniques. Students learn tone placement, resonance control, and projection. Each lesson includes exercises for range expansion and vocal agility. You’ll also develop musical phrasing and expression through song interpretation. I incorporate ear training to improve pitch sensitivity and accuracy. Lessons are tailored to each student’s preferred style, whether pop, classical, or musical theatre. I provide continuous feedback and progress reviews to track improvement. My approach blends theory and practice, making learning both educational and inspiring. Students are encouraged to perform pieces that showcase their strengths. I also teach relaxation and performance anxiety management techniques.
