I keep explanations brief and hands on, moving quickly from a short demonstration into guided practice rather than long verbal instruction. Short video clips of tricky chord transitions are shared after lessons for continued review at home. Every few weeks I set aside a full session purely for informal performance, helping students grow comfortable playing in front of others.
