About Maja
I am a passionate ESL tutor with 6 years of experience teaching High School and College students. I have taught around 150–200 students, helping them improve their English skills and become confident communicators.
Teaching is my passion because I believe that learning English opens doors to many opportunities. I focus on grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking, creating interactive lessons that are practical and enjoyable.
One of the proudest milestones in my career has been seeing students transform from hesitant learners into confident speakers. Many have improved their grades and excelled in presentations and classroom discussions.
I adapt my teaching style to each student’s pace and learning style. My mission is to inspire students to enjoy learning English and achieve their full potential.

My ESL teaching methodology emphasises practical learning and real-world communication. I use real-life examples and case studies such as workplace interactions, academic discussions, travel situations, and daily conversations to make lessons meaningful. Students practise speaking, listening, reading, and writing through interactive exercises and role plays.
Motivation is central to my approach; I provide encouragement, set achievable goals, and celebrate students’ progress. When challenges arise, I apply problem-solving techniques to simplify grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. Integrity guides my teaching, and I maintain professionalism, honesty, and respect in every class.
Flexibility allows me to adjust lessons according to each student’s learning style and pace. Besides ESL, I also teach spoken English, business communication, academic writing, and grammar improvement.
