About Camille
I discovered yoga a little by chance about 5 years ago and it was love at first sight. I have been teaching since 2019, at the beginning a bit here and since 2022, this is my full-time job.
The yoga I practice and teach is fluid and dynamic yoga, where breath and movement are linked. We quickly enter into a kind of dance, a moving, lively meditation...
I want to teach consciousness of the body, the way it can move, regardless of age, corpulence or any other restriction you might feel.

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic and fluid form of yoga, which combines breath and movement. We search for fluidity, consciousness of body and mouvement and strenghtening of the whole body.
Classes generally last between 1h and 1h30 and are built in the form of flow. We can of course adapt it to your schedule.
Classes can be intense, but so is the relaxation felt at the end.
Between strength, grace and flexibility.
