About Francesca
I am a 200 hour London based certified yoga teacher certified in Hatha based styles such as Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Power Flow. I teach both online and in person classes in London.
Yoga is a discipline that is suitable for everyone, and welcomes everyone. I believe that with consistency and patience yoga can really transform your life, by helping you you getting back in shape, fight stress and anxiety and become more flexible both in your body and your mind.
My aim is to make yoga accessible to as many people as possible. I do this through teaching private classes and my YouTube channel, so that anyone can practice form the comfort of their home.
Whether you are completely new to yoga or want to deepen your practise, I'm here to help you access all the benefits a yoga teacher can bring you. I will guide you in acquiring the tools to live a more balanced and mindful life, both on and off the mat.

Yoga is for everyone and should be for everyone. This is why I always focus my classes on foundation first, with the aim of making yoga accessible to everyone and everybody.
I teach a Vinyasa based yoga varying the style and focus based on my students needs. I teach creative and playful Vinyasa Yoga classes, a slower Vinyasa class style focused more on flexibility, Yoga Sculpt which is a strengthening Yoga class including repetitive Yoga transitions to boost the heart rate, improve balance and tone the body and Restorative yoga.
My classes are always relaxing but challenging at the same time as I’ll always energetically and positively guide you and encourage you.
Every body is different and needs a different approach and stimulus. This is why I love private classes. I tailor all my private classes to my student goals, and I’m here to provide you the tools you need to create a consistent and balanced practice. It will be an amazing journey towards yourself.
I am currently offering online and in person classes in London and I can teach yoga in Italian and English.
