MY self V. Vijayakumar, M.F.A ideology revolves around heritage, nature, and culture. He had systematically pursued the learnings from eminent personalities of various art backgrounds, Artist. N.S Manoharan, Artist.Elayaraja and Artist.Satheeshkanna is well known in the art fraternity across India for its profound contribution to fine arts education. Vijayakumar enjoyed the privilege of having been born in a village and hence his contemplation of nature is deep-rooted in his mind and soul. The extensive travel he makes frequently to different parts of India is to test and foster his belief ‘The artistic history of a settlement is a window to its future’.
