About the class

I am an enthusiastic, extroverted, & dedicated person who's focus is purely on ensuring our youth is equip with the knowledge in order to promote them appropriately. These lessons target those most likely to suffer from; stress, mental breakdowns, & lack of confidence.

First it will be appropriate to establish the root of the problem, & getting you to admit it aloud. Thereafter we will the discuss the cause of this strain, then discuss & exercise different techniques of resolving it appropriately.

I believe that everyone suffers from something whether it be depression, high stress levels, anxiety, trauma due to an occurrence in the past the list goes on. However where there's negativity there will always be positivity vise versa.
