About Genevieve
I am a 22 year old vet student, and I have spent the past 4 years building on my leaving cert foundation and helping others through it! With the sheer vastness of my own college course I have learned the hard way that you need to work smarter, not just harder. I wish I could go back to my 17 year old self and share the knowledge I have now as it would save me lots of late nights and heartbreak. I am patient and meticulous, and as a high achieving student with ADHD I understand the importance of finding learning methods that work for each individual- very few people are comfortable sat staring at a book for 8 hours in a row!

I am an easy going 22 year old vet student with plenty of experience, both sitting and teaching, leaving cert level subjects having worked in the institute of education and achieved H1s in the majority of my subjects.
I know the ins and outs of getting the marks, not just knowing the subject! I like to focus on breaking subjects down into understandable chunks rather than getting overwhelmed by the sheer quantity of info, with an emphasis on studying marking schemes and learning how to answer questions.
I have spent years going through study techniques and finding the most effective and time efficient methods- it's simply too easy to waste time working ineffectively even with the best intentions!
I typically break sessions down into 50 minutes, combining teaching and question answering with time to review and correct at the end, however everyone is different and I will adjust depending on your needs.
