It is my pleasure to provide a letter of recommendation on behalf of Lynn Currier in support of her application for an ESL teaching position. I am an associate teaching professor in the American Classroom and Global Pathways (GPAC) Programs in the College of Professional Studies at Northeastern University.

I have worked with Lynn since the 2014-2015 academic year, as she has taught several sections of the academic reading and writing courses that I oversee. In this role, I have conducted two classroom observations of Lynn’s classes and remain in frequent contact with her to discuss the course and share materials and teaching ideas. It was always clear to me that Lynn is very knowledgeable of English language teaching methods. She strives to make her English classes as student-centered as possible, which is evident in her class activities and tasks. Her additional strengths include excellent classroom management skills, an ability to engage all students in learning, and an immense passion for helping them succeed both in our program and beyond.
