About Remy
I am a passionate flute tutor with 14+ years of experience teaching students from school to college level, and I believe that music has the ability to inspire confidence, creativity, and self-expression in every learner. My journey with the flute began with a simple interest that gradually grew into a deep passion, and today I am dedicated to sharing that passion with my students.
Over the years, I have worked with many learners, helping them progress from beginners to confident performers. One of my proudest achievements has been seeing students overcome their fear and perform on stage with confidence and joy. My teaching style is simple, patient, and structured, focusing on strong fundamentals such as breathing control, finger coordination, tone clarity, and rhythm accuracy.
I also ensure that lessons are engaging and enjoyable so students stay motivated and consistent in their practice. I believe every student has unique potential, and my goal is to guide them with care and dedication while helping them develop a lifelong love for music.

I begin by understanding each student’s goals and level so I can design lessons that suit them best.
I motivate students by appreciating their progress and encouraging consistent practice. Communication plays an important role in my teaching, as I explain techniques like breath control, finger placement, posture, and tone quality in a simple and easy-to-understand way.
With integrity, I focus on building strong basics and guiding students honestly. I correct mistakes patiently and help them improve step by step. Creativity helps me make lessons engaging through songs, exercises, and interactive learning methods. Along with flute, I also teach music theory, rhythm, and ear training to support complete development.
