I am shreya. I have diploma in Yoga. I have six month teaching experience. I have taken regular Practicle kids class. In pandemic where people had breathing problem i gave them special breathing classes. Yoga meditation is the practice where we meet the suprem power. This is the best practices to pure your soul.
