I cut through the BS and deliver actionable strategies, laser-focused coaching, and a kick in the pants when you need it. You may ask why? Because I am a self-confessed work-a-holic. A top performer. A high-achiever. I have burned out many times to finally learn how to work smart, and not just hard, leading to a healthier more balanced life whilst still performing at my best being an ambitious passionate person. Now I help others to unleash their full potential and be the best versions of themselves. In my spare time I am active, I volunteer in schools inspiring young people and travel when possible.
