I have practiced self-healing techniques for over 30 years, and I'm glad to share these with you, as I have for hundreds of students and clients over the years. Easy-paced lessons and dharma (wisdom teachings) from many systems - I have studied in many traditions, and I have learned my own integrated style, which I'm happy to share with you!
