About Evan
My lessons are built around patience, encouragement, and the belief that anyone can become musical with the right guidance. My goal is to create a relaxed, inspiring environment where students of all levels can develop genuine confidence at the piano — one step at a time. My lessons mostly focus on teaching contemporary piano, focusing on how to play in band scenarios and how to develop your own creative voice on the keys! I DO NOT teach the typical grade system, but if you want to learn how to develop creativity, play by ear and master contemporary piano then you're in the right place!

I DO NOT teach the typical grade system, instead lessons will mostly focus on: • Playing by ear & understanding harmony • Learning the songs you love • Improvisation, composition, and theory • Performance techniques and playing in a band
