About Daniel
Choosing the right tutor can make a real difference to a student's confidence and performance. I achieved Grade 9 in both GCSE Maths and GCSE Statistics, followed by an A* in A-Level Mathematics, and I'm now studying Medicine at the University of Manchester. Having recently gone through these exams myself, I understand both the content and the exam techniques needed to achieve top grades.
I know that every student learns differently, so I tailor each lesson to suit their strengths, areas for improvement and learning style. My aim is to make maths feel logical and approachable by breaking difficult topics into simple steps, reinforcing understanding with plenty of practice and building confidence through GCSE-style questions.
As a medical student, I'm used to explaining complex ideas clearly and patiently. I create a relaxed, supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning from mistakes. Lessons are typically 60 minutes and are suitable for GCSE students of all abilities, from Foundation to Higher Tier. As a University of Manchester medical student, I understand what it takes to succeed in demanding exams and enjoy helping students reach their full potential through patient, engaging and personalised tuition.
