Lessons are typically 60 minutes and can be one-off sessions or part of a longer support journey. I have over 10 years’ experience supporting diverse learners across education, well-being, and corporate settings. I currently work as a CBT hypnotherapist, lecturer in personal development, and wellbeing coach. My clients range from A-Level students to university learners and professionals seeking balance and clarity. These sessions are ideal for young adults, and professionals who want to reduce anxiety, build focus, and grow confidence—in a warm, non-judgemental space.
